About the Role:

The Load Weighing Specialist will be responsible for operating our scale, accurately weighing vehicles and loads, and processing transactions accordingly. This is an essential role within our warehouse operations, requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate scale to weigh vehicles and loads
  • Charge appropriate fees based on weight
  • Gather and record information about vehicles, loads, and operational data
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare daily reports
  • Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers via phone


Requirements:
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Physical stamina to perform light manual tasks in varying weather conditions
