Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Transformation Expert to join our team at TE Connectivity. As a key member of our Digital Data Networks Business Unit, you will play a crucial role in driving transformation across our global supply chain operations.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead suppliers audit of the supply chain domain, supporting them in diagnosing issues, analyzing data and processes, and driving action plans for continuous improvement. You will also collaborate with procurement, suppliers, and vendors to align their processes with our transformation goals, establishing strong partnerships to drive mutual success.

You will develop a clear and comprehensive 'Upstream Planning Blueprint' for our global network of outside group vendors, identifying opportunities for improvement, setting objectives (long-term and short-term), and outlining the roadmap to achieve the desired changes.

In addition, you will monitor, track, and orchestrate vendor operations performance on a regular basis against established KPIs, analyze historical performance data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions regarding vendor relationships and drive supplier accountability.
