Job Description

We are KLK Land, a leading property developer specializing in large-scale infrastructure projects. As an experienced and results-driven Infrastructure Project Manager, you will lead and manage our infrastructure development initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure works such as roads, highways, bridges, drainage systems, and utilities.
  2. Site Supervision: Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  3. Resource Management: Manage the deployment of manpower, machinery, and materials to optimize project timelines and productivity.
  4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction works comply with statutory requirements, environmental regulations, and safety standards set by relevant authorities.
  5. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of issues.
  6. Quality Assurance & Safety: Implement and monitor strict quality control and safety measures to ensure consistency and risk mitigation.
  7. Budget & Cost Control: Track project costs and manage budgets to prevent overruns.
  8. Problem-Solving & Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks or project delays early and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  9. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports and meeting minutes.
  10. Contract & Vendor Management: Oversee contract administration and procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to project requirements.
