Key Job Accountabilities
This role involves managing end-to-end monthly payroll processing, working closely with finance and third-party payroll vendors as needed, handling payroll-related inquiries and reconciliations, and ensuring timely contributions and filings for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and HRDF.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in HR generalist or people operations roles, with at least 2 years of hands-on payroll and statutory compliance experience in Malaysia.
