The 24-month program provides challenging and meaningful projects across ASEAN, with rotations in marketing commercialization and customer marketing roles.

Program Details:

  • 24-month duration
  • 2-3 rotations during the period
  • Upon completion, graduates will be converted to permanent positions based on performance and delivery

Training Approach:

  1. 70% On-the-job Training (OJT) – Company & Commercial Onboarding, local, cross-function, and country rotations
  2. 20% Learning from others – assigned coach, mentor, feedback, and assessments
  3. 10% Formal Training via Classroom, E-Learning of Functional Skills

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or Master's majoring in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
  • 6 years general experience or 3 years experience in FMCG or Marketing
  • Long-term career commitment in Marketing with SC Johnson
  • Able to commit to the program for 24 months (contractually binding)
  • Willing to rotate within ASEAN
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
