Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to customers and ensuring that solutions meet their needs.

  • You will implement service requests and changes to fulfill customer needs.
  • You will lead problem management for proactive management of FI services, evaluate and deploy new measures/solutions to achieve improvements in performance, functionality, availability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • You will define and set up effective systems for fault detection and monitoring for early pro-active failure detection for system stability.
  • You will perform performance testing and deployment of FI application solutions and services effectively.
  • You will execute software and technology refresh activities.
  • You will collaborate and coordinate with data scientists, administrators, business analysts, and architects on production systems and applications for efficiency of operational support.
  • You will work with respective solution owners in design and contribute to the introduction of DEVOPS concepts and automated testing.
  • You will contribute to EPIC/User stories for scaling and deployment of existing AI solutions to other sites in the global manufacturing cluster to ensure rollout stability.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or similar.
  • At least 3-4 years' experience in solutions focusing on manufacturing execution systems.
  • Experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
  • Good knowledge in data transfer, file processing methodology, system interfaces/integration.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work both independently and as a good team player.
  • Sound knowledge and skills in application service operation (incident, problem, event, and release management).
  • High analytical and independent problem-solving skills to approach new challenges.
  • Hands-on experience in database systems (e.g., Oracle, MS-SQL, Hadoop).
  • Programming knowledge in C#.net, scripting, Python, Java, Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Knowledge of Tableau products will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Agile methodology is an advantage.
