We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at LAM RESEARCH Corporation. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting business finance operations, including payroll processing, billing, and accounts receivable collection.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling monthly payroll administration, ensuring compliance with local governmental laws, and providing quarterly payroll cashflow requirements. Additionally, you will support statutory reporting relating to payroll, including annual audits, internal audits, and taxation.
You will also assist in preparing schedules, journal entries, and retrieving information from business partners to deliver compliance and controls. Furthermore, you will support projects involving digital transformation, payroll, and Singapore GST compliance in systems testing and execution.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of local and governmental rules about payroll, as well as experience in supporting business operations. A good working knowledge of SAP (ECC) is highly preferred.
