Job Brief
The Global Trade Operations Manager will lead our team of trade operations professionals in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of global trade transactions. This includes overseeing the receipt, processing, and transmission of trade documentation, managing trade databases, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet productivity targets and processing turnaround standards.

You will be responsible for promoting a culture of compliance and risk management across the team, fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, and contributing to the development of departmental processes and procedures. Additionally, you will support the continuous improvement of team performance through proactive identification of areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of trade transactions, including receipt, processing, and transmission of trade documentation.
