About the RoleThis position plays a key role in supporting the training administration functions within the organization.
- Enhance and provide technical support for systems and digital tools to drive adoption rate among agency members.
- Maintain accurate records of training compliance monitoring and compile non-compliance listings on a monthly basis.
- Issue termination notices to agents who fail to meet training compliance requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive training reports for senior management.
- Respond to inquiries from agency members related to training matters.
- Participate in company, division, and department events and projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal and team player skills.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with using technology to automate routine tasks.
