Job Overview
This role involves collaboration with multiple teams, including Industrial Engineering, Finance, Facilities, Manufacturing Engineering & Product Integration, to enhance Capital Expenses management, optimize factory efficiency, and minimize cycle time.

Main Tasks:
  • Evaluate and understand Capital processes for effective tracking
  • Assess Capacity Planning Systems and develop methods to determine fab capacity and cycle time
  • Develop comprehensive documentation of business processes, IE specifications, and operational procedures
  • Support various departments in enhancing factory efficiency through data-driven insights
  • Pursue and lead process improvement initiatives and projects within the organization
