Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Bonia Corporation Berhad. As a key member of our marketing and sales department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a nationwide visual merchandising strategy that aligns with our brand image and corporate directives.

Your primary responsibilities will include working closely with stakeholders to pre-plan and execute seasonal store campaigns, pop-up stores, in-store events, and other projects. You will also be responsible for enhancing customer shopping experiences by translating our brand image and strategies into sales-driven environments.

You will need to possess excellent cross-functional communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with various departments and ensure seamless execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing training and guidance to retail teams to guarantee a clear direction on every seasonal/non-seasonal change.

  • Develop and implement a nationwide visual merchandising strategy that aligns with our brand image and corporate directives.
