We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Executive to join our team, who will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our mission-critical IT systems. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents, as well as maintain and optimize our IT infrastructure and processes.

Key Requirements:

  1. Possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  2. Be willing to work in a shift-based environment.
  3. Have at least 1-2 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or related fields.
  4. Be competent in Linux/Windows OS administration. Possession of system virtualization skillset is a plus.
  5. Be familiar with system monitoring tools and incident management frameworks.
