About Us

Capcon Asia is a fast-growing technology company that specializes in developing innovative applications using Vue.js. We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineering Manager to lead our team and contribute to the development of our next-generation products.

About the Role:

  • Lead and set technical direction for frontend engineering teams
  • Advise on architecture design, scope, and resources required for new product ideas and features
  • Ensure best practices including code quality, stability, maintainability, readability, and performance

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 20 engineers across multiple locations, including Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Vietnam
  • Report to the Engineering Manager in Kuala Lumpur, who has extensive experience in leading fast-paced startups

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of frontend experience, with at least 2+ years of experience with Vue.js
  • 2-3+ years of leadership or people management experience
  • Able to work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days per week in the KL office
