About the Role

The Operations Coordinator Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores. This individual will be responsible for coordinating ops-related activities, maintaining store business licenses, and managing Store Manager agreement execution and documentation.

This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a retail or administrative role, preferably in the fashion retail industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate ops-related activities and maintain store business licenses.
  • Manage Store Manager agreement execution and documentation.
  • Assist in the rollout of retail strategies.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly updates, maintenance reports, and business/KPI reports with Ops & Store teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a retail or administrative role, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
