Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Lawyer to join our team. As a Conveyancing Lawyer, you will be responsible for attending to all general conveyancing works, client correspondence, and preparing status reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve complex legal issues.
  • Provide exceptional client service by responding promptly to queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum Law Degree and valid Practicing Certificate. At least 1 year of experience in the field is required. Those just called to the Bar are encouraged to apply; on-the-job training will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin would be a plus point.
  • Well organized and good in time management skills.
  • Able to handle clients and manage cases effectively and result-oriented.
  • Able to work independently and also as a team.
  • Possess own transport for signing and willing to work on weekends for signing.
  • Possess sense of commitment to job responsibilities.
