About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Product Strategist to join our Corporate Banking Customer Experience (CX) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate banking, particularly around platforms, entailing message centre, notifications, information architecture, and experience working on client-facing projects within financial institutions or fintechs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality UX based on client research and user testing data. They will create high-fidelity prototypes using UI components from our component library and present these prototypes to senior leaders, clearly communicating the process and reasoning that went into the design.

This role requires strong influencing and communication skills, as well as a strong grasp of design systems and design system governance. Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and design is essential, as well as a deep understanding of service design principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of our product suite and business priorities.
  • Go deep in researching and understanding our services, products, and users in close collaboration with our client research and insights team.
  • Produce high-quality UX based on client research and user testing data.
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes using UI components from our component library.
  • Presentation of prototypes to senior leaders and clear communication of the process and reasoning that went into the design.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to understand the products and business context and to help them get onboard with your design solution proposals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong influencing and communication skills – oral, written, and presentation.
  • Strong understanding of visual elements, including the application of brand standards (Layout, Type, Fonts…).
  • Knowledge of corporate banking concepts.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers to help and guide them in translating design to code.
