Job Summary

We are seeking a Commodity Engineering Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives, driving improvements in supplier selection, development, and onboarding processes, and leveraging across customer programs for quality, cost, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership in key process indicator (KPI) definition, structure, and the effective use of measurement data/results to drive alignment and results in multi-site organization.
  • Participate in periodic Business Reviews with critical and preferred suppliers.
  • Conduct routine supplier audits, technical & process assessments to ensure compliance with Customer, Celestica, and Industry standards.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 10-15 years of relevant experience. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to write technical documents and lead diverse groups of employees.
