Key Responsibilities
  1. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment, motivate employees, and recognize their contributions.
  2. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and ensure products are properly stored.
  3. Cash Handling and Sales: Oversee daily cash flow, ensure proper cash handling procedures are in place, and meet sales goals.
  4. Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store, address any maintenance issues promptly, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Working experience in the Wine & Liquor industry is preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exhibits strong interpersonal and customer service skills, able to work well with a team, and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic computer programs, e.g., Word and Excel.
  • Time Management: Good time management and attention to detail, capable of multitasking on a daily basis.
