This role will involve working closely with the international Marsh network and insurers to ensure that all compulsory documentation is provided and all regulatory deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical skillset, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, customer-oriented, and good oral and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policy administration strategies to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with client executives to improve overall client experience and provide excellent client service
  • Continuously identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiencies and participate in monitoring and/or overseeing initiatives
  • Support on policy premium allocations and billings
  • Set up all new clients on Multinational network portal (Marsh Global Connect)
  • Issue Network policy instructions via Marsh Global Connect
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma with minimum 3 years of experience within insurance industry.
  • Attained minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent. ANZIIF or ACII will be an advantage.
