We are looking for an experienced Employee Banking Growth Manager to join our team at Standard Chartered Life and Careers. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by expanding our existing payroll and employee banking base.

Key Objectives
  • Revenue Growth: Focus on increasing our share of wallet and revenue through strategic business development and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills and Qualifications
