We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Record to Report (R2R) Functional Consultant to collaborate with our finance team at Krisvconsulting Services Pte Ltd. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in the R2R process and be responsible for configuring and optimizing SAP FICO functionalities to streamline financial reporting and enhance overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Record to Report (R2R) processes within the SAP FICO module.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP solutions.
- Optimize and enhance financial reporting processes, including month-end and year-end closing activities, by leveraging SAP FICO capabilities.
- Support data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance during the transition of financial data to SAP.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support to validate configurations and enhancements.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on R2R processes and SAP FICO functionalities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and trends in finance and accounting processes, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- 5-8 years of experience in SAP FICO configuration and support, specifically in Record to Report (R2R) processes.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, reporting requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in integrating SAP FICO with other SAP modules, particularly Controlling (CO), Materials Management (MM), and Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- SAP certification in FICO or relevant finance-related qualifications is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications is a plus.
