We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Dspindustry.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, databases, and other data systems.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports as assigned by senior management.
  • Monitor and track office supplies, reporting any discrepancies to superiors as needed.
  • Coordinate various office activities and operations to ensure seamless functioning.
  • Provide administrative support to colleagues as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of SPM certification is required.
  • Previous experience in office administration or a related role is essential.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this position.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is expected.
  • Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese languages is preferred.
