About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Specialist to join our team. As a Test Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for executing automated tests on a daily cadence and analyzing test results to identify product defects.

In this role, you will also debug lab issues within defined SLAs, provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any lab issues, and ensure all lab devices are up-to-date with OS upgrades and app upgrades when available.

You will execute manual tests, analyze manual test results, and enter product defects in JIRA. Additionally, you will provide accurate defect submissions through internal processes, including impact on customers and information to assist with defect investigation and resolution.

Key Responsibilities
