Job Description:

  • Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations, providing effective support to achieve branch and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of agency applications, reporting, office administration, correspondences, credit control, payment, quotation, policy administration, renewal retention, and monitoring of CBC, MCM, and CPD hours.
  • Handle agent, customer, and OSS requests, inquiries, and transactions, including complaint handling and claims administration (excluding claims handling).
  • Underwrite and accept risks within the assigned Underwriting Authority Limit.
  • Provide full assistance and support in servicing assigned/non-assigned agents, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
  • Contribute to BCM matters as required, demonstrating timely and effective response.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager to ensure smooth management of branch operations, including organization and event management, training, and administrative tasks.
  • Take ownership of considering business and regulatory compliance risks, implementing measures to mitigate potential issues.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies to safeguard the company.
  • Identify and proactively address potential concerns/risks, sharing best risk management practices.
