About the Role:
  • Lead the quality control process, ensuring timely completion of all assigned activities and daily inspections of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Conduct tests on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products according to company policies and industry standards.
  • Immediately report any non-conforming products to the supervisor, facilitating corrective actions to salvage defective items and minimize production waste.
  • Maintain accurate records of all quality control tests, inspections, and outcomes to ensure traceability and compliance with industry standards.
  • Ensure all products and processes comply with industry regulations, customer specifications, and internal quality standards.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and collaborate with the production team to implement changes enhancing product quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee regular calibration and maintenance of testing equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, coordinating with other departments to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality enhancement, defect reduction, and overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plant maintenance and repair of electrical, electronic, mechanical, boiler, pressure vessels, pollution equipment, and machinery to ensure continuous operation.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate work of technicians in equipment development, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair.
  • Develop and recommend proactive maintenance systems to optimize equipment utilization.
  • Ensure safety and environmental compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate technical activities with consulting engineers, suppliers, and contractors to meet specifications and standards.
  • Maximize subordinate staff utilization to meet manufacturing goals and minimize machine downtime.
