Our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of various steel products, seeks a seasoned Chief Marketing Officer to lead their Sales & Marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy that strengthens our market position within the steel industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a data-driven sales and marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
  • Lead and motivate the Sales & Marketing team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies like SIRIM, MITI, and CIDB.
  • Oversee brand development and management, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in the steel manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in a senior marketing leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
