About the Job
We are seeking a passionate, collaborative leader with strong technical skills to manage a Silicon Engineering group and innovate with internal teams and external partners. As a Director of Silicon Engineering Team, you will be responsible for managing a team of experts in silicon engineering. Your key responsibilities will include people management, project management, and site lead roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of engineers working on silicon design engineering projects.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Promote awareness of Global Layout Team within and outside the company.
- Participate in recruitment activities to attract top talent.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with experience leading others in technical and managerial settings. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills are essential. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer engineering/Electrical Engineering is required. Preferred experience includes strong mentoring and coaching skills, excellent people skills, and good problem-solving skills.
