Brow Artisan

We are seeking a talented Brow Artisan to join our team at Sephora Sunway Pyramid.

As a Brow Artisan, you will be trained and certified in the unique skillset of brows and facial waxing.

You will acquire extensive knowledge of makeup application techniques, tips, and tricks.

This role requires a strong retail sales and/or service history, proficiency in English, and a passion for the beauty industry.

1. Demonstrate the use of brand's make-up products and services.
2. Market and sell brand's products and services.
3. Build and maintain good relationships with customers, store managers, and cast members.
4. Engage customers in productive discussions to address skin concerns.
5. Identify customer's skin condition and recommend suitable products.
6. Host and organize occasional workshops or parties for customer engagement.
7. Perform only Benefit-approved and trained services offered on the service menu to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Arrange appointments for return services.
9. Maintain counter cleanliness.
10. Ensure top-selling stock is adequately stocked at all times.
11. Keep personal brow bar areas in excellent condition and communicate maintenance issues to the counter or sales manager.
12. Adhere to the brand's hygiene standards.
13. Wear the Benefit uniform and apply full make-up during work hours.
