Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Associate to join our Rider Hiring Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for Rider roles, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Use our ATS to validate applicant documents, contact prospective candidates, schedule test rides, screen drivers, and coordinate onboarding sessions.
You will also be responsible for providing support to new hires during their first few weeks, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the role.
Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, and Google Suite.
As an Associate, you will be comfortable working in a warehouse setting and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
