The role of a Senior Sales Executive at Mandom (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd involves building strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include finding and winning new customers, managing existing accounts, and analyzing market trends to forecast promotions and launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining existing ones through strategic partnerships and personalized support.
  • Analyze sales options and identify business opportunities by researching and evaluating the position of potential clients in their industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to maintain accurate records of sales data, provide quarterly and annual sales forecasts, and participate in promotional activities to drive sales growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A minimum of three years' experience in sales is required, preferably in the FMCG sector. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to travel are also essential.
