Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Specialist to join our team in Negeri Sembilan. As a key member of our Facilities Management (Central) team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our residential properties.

Responsibilities
  • Handle daily property management and maintenance operations.
  • Make ready units for new move-ins.
  • Carry out inspections of building defects, arrange and monitor rectification works.
  • Perform repairs for interior and exterior of buildings.
  • Manage 24-hours emergency maintenance.
  • Liaise with house purchasers, authorities, consultants, contractors and service providers.
  • Supervise all contractors or suppliers.
  • Regularly monitor the service delivery of service providers to ensure efficient operations.
  • Advise and attend to property management and maintenance issues.
  • Generate monthly billing and reports using property management system.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in facilities management role.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of property management processes.
