Solar Cell Process Optimization
At Hanwha Q CELLS Malaysia Sdn Bhd, we are committed to delivering high-quality solar cells that meet the needs of our customers. To achieve this goal, we require a skilled Senior Engineer to lead our process development and optimization team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize PECVD processes to improve yield and conversion efficiency of high-performance solar cells.
• Ensure uniformity, adhesion, and electrical properties of deposited films for crystalline silicon solar cells. Monitor plasma parameters, gas flow rates, and deposition kinetics to improve film quality. Tracking and close monitoring of process input and output parameters and take necessary actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflows and process alignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Science (Chemistry, Physics) or Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, Materials, Electrical or Electronics Engineering). A Bachelor's degree with 3 to 6 years of experience or a Master's degree in Science or Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
• Strong understanding of PECVD theory and its application in thin-film deposition, particularly for silicon-based solar cells.
• Proven experience in process development, optimization and troubleshooting in high volume manufacturing.
• Process experience in the semiconductor/photovoltaic industry.
