Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technology/product transfer and review data for production transfer and improvement planning.
  • Develop and implement process flow and product measurement specifications, control limits, and targets.
  • Collaborate with QRA and process modules to improve quality, yield, and Do.
  • Lead process change and SM change for transferred technology and products.
  • Set up prototype products, verify, and conduct DOE experiments for critical processes.
  • Lead problem-solving projects for yield issues, PCM parameter issues, and in-line process issues.
  • Organize and perform Product FMEA and improve process control plans.
  • Prevent and improve OOC and OOS issues of product process measurement parameters.
  • Analyze and lead improvement actions for PCM parameters.
  • Plan and evaluate cost-effective process flows.
  • Interface and support customer technical issues with CRF.
  • Coach and train YE engineers.
  • Contribute to quality and EHS objectives by complying with quality operating systems and participating in continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science.
  • Relevant working experience preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English, written and spoken.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • 5+ years of Semiconductor experience.
  • Semiconductor device physics and process integration knowledge.
