The Data Integration Specialist will support M&A data migration into our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system, ensuring data quality and supporting process standardization across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute data migration activities from acquired companies into Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Cleanse, map, and validate data in collaboration with Data Stewards, Master Data Manager, and ERP teams.
- Ensure compliance with corporate Master Data Management (MDM) policies.
- Set up and manage dataflows for full and hybrid legal entity integrations.
- Coordinate and execute data cleansing activities via Service Desk.
- Support the integration of financial opening balances (GL, AP, AR, Inventory).
- Develop and maintain integration documentation, data mappings, and workflows.
- Build reports on data flow status, errors, and integration performance.
- Provide functional guidance to data stewards.
- Manage project tasks and code versioning using Microsoft DevOps.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with ERP, CRM, BI teams, and other stakeholders.
We are seeking a skilled professional with:
- 5-8 years of IT experience with a strong focus on data integration and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure tools (Data Factory, Synapse, SQL).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Skilled in Microsoft DevOps and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
