Job Description

Bispoint Corporate Advisory Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Advisory Manager to lead our team in providing expert financial guidance and strategic support.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate finance, financial advisory, or related fields, with a strong understanding of financial frameworks and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the team, ensuring smooth execution of financial and corporate advisory functions.
  • Provide strategic planning and operational support to senior management on key financial matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to drive corporate finance initiatives.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and oversight of transaction execution.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Supervise accounting and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in Finance, or CFA/CPA/ACCA certification) is an added advantage.
  • Must have a proven track record with at least 3 years of experience in corporate finance, financial advisory, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, and excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, with demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
  • Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
  • Critical observer-thinker, bringing a fresh perspective and offering intuitive solutions and ideas.
  • Business-minded with entrepreneurship skills to ensure business success.
  • Must possess a driving license and own transportation.
  • Must be willing to travel.
