  • Achieving or exceeding recruitment and retention KPIs
  • Conducting necessary outbound outreach to prospective students, identifying their needs and future goals
  • Utilizing a consultative sales approach to inform and educate students
  • Independently managing a pipeline of students at various stages of the application process
  • Responding to student inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels
  • Driving enrolment conversions by effectively nurturing leads
  • Scheduling and conducting appointments with prospective students on campus or onsite
  • Building strong relationships with prospective students, fostering trust and positive decision-making
  • Ensuring an excellent student experience by providing ongoing support from enrolment to graduation
  • Seamlessly executing physical and virtual events, including Open Days, Postgraduate Days, and other enrolment-driven activities
