Human Resource Business Partner

About this role:

This role plays a pivotal part in driving organizational development, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring effective talent management and employee relations across the business. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with leadership teams to understand business objectives and provide HR solutions that align with organizational goals.
  2. Develop and implement strategies that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
  3. Provide guidance on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning to support business growth and development.
  4. Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees, addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  6. Provide HR metrics and analytics to leadership teams to help inform decisions regarding staffing, turnover, and talent management.
  7. Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
  8. Communicate effectively with employees about changes, addressing concerns and providing the necessary support.
  9. Other ad-hoc HR related duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years of working experience in Human Resources is required.
  2. Excellent people management and communication skills.
  3. Good and up-to-date knowledge of local employment regulations and HR issues.
  4. Meticulous and attention to details.
  5. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  6. Good knowledge of Microsoft office software.
  7. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
