As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust backend systems that integrate AI technologies, leading the integration of AI and algorithms into backend services, and collaborating with developers, DevOps engineers, and AI researchers to deliver full-stack, end-to-end solutions.

About the Role:
  1. System Design and Implementation: Design and implement Java-based backend systems that integrate AI technologies to deliver seamless user experiences.
  2. AI Integration and Innovation: Lead the integration of AI and algorithms into backend services, driving innovation and growth within the organization.
  3. API Design and Optimization: Design and optimize APIs for performance, scalability, and security to ensure data integrity and availability.
  4. Database Management and Design: Ensure best practices in database design and management to guarantee data consistency and availability.
  5. Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and AI researchers to deliver full-stack, end-to-end solutions.
Requirements:
  1. Education and Experience: Master's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 8 years of experience in backend development, with a minimum of 4 years in a technical leadership role.
  2. Technical Expertise: Strong expertise with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot), experience with GraphQL, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
  3. Ai Technologies and Tools: Proven experience integrating AI models into backend systems, familiarity with AI tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is highly desirable.
  4. Cloud Platforms and DevOps: Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices, proficient with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Full-Stack Development: Full-Stack development experience (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React) is a plus.
  2. Data Processing and Streaming: Knowledge of data processing and real-time streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) is highly desirable.
