Job Description for Marketing Operations SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our vision.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing marketing technology: Implementing martech stack, including CRMs, ad platforms, analytics platforms, and automation tools. Ensuring database hygiene is crucial.
- Tracking and consolidating marketing metrics: Creating and managing data points from multiple platform sources for overall marketing performance. You will also take on hypotheses and data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Creating and optimising workflows: Facilitating action points through B2B lead funnels, including email template creation with UTM parameters, setting up lead nurturing campaigns from various sources.
- Asset management: Maintaining and organizing a structured digital asset library for marketing, BD, and CS collaterals, prioritizing ease of access and version control.
- Market Research: Conducting research on industry stakeholders, including advertising, partnership, and sponsorship – what's new, what's hot, and what's great for ThoughtFull.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations.
- A bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for Psychology, Social Sciences, or Computer Science.
- Excellent communication and organization skills, beneficial when working with cross-functional teams like Product and Engineering.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end marketing operations.
- Innate curiosity and willingness to learn new martech trends.
- Bonus SQL Background.
