Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Marketing Planning and Execution
    • Develop comprehensive marketing plans to drive business objectives, ensuring alignment with our overall corporate strategy.
    • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for product positioning and marketing innovation.
    • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
    • Provide regular marketing reports and analysis.
  • Brand Management
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand's identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand value and alignment in all marketing materials and communications.
    • Monitor and improve brand health metrics, working to increase brand equity and consumer loyalty.
  • Digital Marketing
    • Oversee the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and online advertising.
    • Leverage digital tools and platforms to build brand awareness, engage customers, and drive online sales.
    • Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and ensure continuous improvement in digital marketing performance.
  • Partner Collaboration and Engagement
    • Develop and manage relationships with key retail partners to support promotional activities and in-store displays.
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives.
  • New Product Launches
    • Manage the launch of new products or services, coordinating all marketing efforts to ensure a successful introduction to the market.
    • Work with product teams to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and promotional plans.
