Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Execution & Management
  • Set up, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across key biddable platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Ensure proper campaign pacing, budget allocation, and delivery in line with performance goals.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and implement solutions to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Optimization & Performance Monitoring
  • Continuously analyze campaign metrics and optimize toward key performance indicators (KPIs) such as branding, traffic, and acquisition goals.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies and experiment with different ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Utilize first-party and third-party data to refine targeting and improve performance.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Provide regular performance updates to the media planning team and senior stakeholders.
  • Generate detailed campaign reports, analyzing data insights to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Utilize reporting tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms for campaign performance tracking.
Strategic Contribution & Leadership
  • Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements based on data-driven analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and SEO teams, to align paid media with broader marketing objectives.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring they develop strong technical skills in campaign management and optimization.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple biddable platforms.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of the marketing funnel and the ability to run both brand awareness and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and campaign reporting.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or other performance tracking tools is a plus.
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaign strategies effectively.
  • The ability to troubleshoot technical issues, including pixel tracking, conversion tracking, and attribution challenges.
  • A team player with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
