Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Site Director to lead our construction team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of civil engineering projects, buildings, and dwellings.

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop project scope and timeline, including designing layouts and assessing environmental impact.
  • Team Management: Oversee the selection, training, and performance of staff and subcontractors.
  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate labor resources and procurement and delivery of materials, plant, and equipment.
  • Communication: Negotiate with building owners, property developers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to building legislation and standards of performance, quality, cost, and safety.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin desirable.
