We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Minor Hotels. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative and service support to the sales team by responding to new business leads and calling existing clients for repeat business.

You will also be required to enter bookings on the system and follow up in an effort to convert inquiries, confirm business, and attend to the delivery of client's requests. This role requires a good knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services, as well as excellent communication and social skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a proactive and organized individual who can work effectively in a team environment. If you have a college degree, minimum 2 years experience in hotel sales, and good English skills, we encourage you to apply.
