This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Malaysia. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading on-site activities and coordinating with the site surveying team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with the site surveying team to establish survey control
- Develop and implement working procedures and requirements
- Manage material delivery and coordinate with the project team
- Support the Project Manager in conducting technical demonstrations
- Compile and maintain accurate records of technical and site documents
- Investigate and resolve quality issues and non-conformance/corrective action reports
- Produce regular progress reports and maintain documentation
- Engage with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities, and government agencies as required
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in relevant fields with site supervision/design experience
- Registration with BEM
- Certification as a Construction Site Supervisor (CSS) under CIDB
- Familiarity with relevant standard requirements
- Proficiency in technical proposal/method statement writing
