Your primary responsibilities will include planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our clients' goals and objectives. You will also implement A/B testing frameworks to maximize ROAS and conversion rates, own the campaign tracking structure, URL campaign tagging, and naming conventions, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in PPC, programmatic media, or digital performance marketing, with a deep understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Universal Tracking Module (UTM) tracking, AppsFlyer, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking. Strong knowledge of Demand-Side Platform (DSP) buying, audience segmentation, and analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns are also essential. Experience working across multiple global markets, particularly Southeast Asia (SEA), Europe, and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), is highly desirable.
