At AIA Hong Kong and Macau, we are seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits, Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the HR operations department, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate Payroll, Benefits, and Reporting processes to meet audit, statutory, and regulatory requirements.


Responsibilities
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy in payroll processing, including the submission of e-invoice, and ensure GL journal distributes payroll transactions to the appropriate cost accounts and balance of the journal posting.
  • Streamline the payroll and reconciliation processes to improve accuracy and efficiency, and support in payroll system enhancement, testing, parallel run, and implementation.
  • Assist in benefits function and administer in accordance with company policies, including ensuring new applications of Financing Assistance are accurately processed by the cut-off.
  • Design, coordinate, and implement process enhancement initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Payroll and Benefits Processes and System.

Requirements
  • Tertiary education qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, or professional HR Qualification, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in HR operations, services, payroll, benefits, HR generalist, etc. Exposure in HRIS is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
