Your Role

This role involves applying deep process expertise to develop, maintain, and improve processes, while also supporting the enhancement of quality through performance evaluation and continuous improvement efforts. Key responsibilities include:
  • Driving EmPower Adoption: Collaborate with Global and Regional Finance EmPower Leads to deliver and adopt EmPower - Continuous Process Improvement.
  • Governance and Control: Ensure governance and control over Finance Process Excellence requests, including monitoring, tracking, status reporting, progress, benefits delivered, and other measurements.
  • Review and Initiate Improvements: Review all Global Finance Process Excellence requests, initiate EmPower workshops and projects to improve processes before further automation, determine the most appropriate automation solutions (Oracle CR, RPA...), and route requests to relevant teams for delivery.
  • Provide Coaching: Offer coaching and support for finance and non-finance individuals to complete Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green/Black Belt certification following initial training.

What You'll Bring

To excel in this role, you will need:
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Certified or Black Belt certified/practitioner experience.
  • At least 5 years' experience and track record in continuous improvement.
  • Experience/strength in stakeholder management – engaging with multifunctional stakeholders at all levels.
