Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support the Chairman in both professional and personal capacities.

Responsibilities

  1. Ensure effective communication of the Chairman's vision and business priorities to the team.
  2. Oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and follow-up on action items.
  3. Manage the Chairman's calendar and schedule meetings, hosting internal meetings and taking comprehensive notes.
  4. Drive stakeholder reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
  5. Prepare communications content for internal and external audiences.
  6. Provide administrative support as needed.
