About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director/GM of Car Dealership to lead our daily operations, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee car sales, service, and parts departments, addressing customer complaints promptly and maintaining high satisfaction metrics.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled managers to meet profit targets.
  • Develop effective advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Foster strong relationships with dealership staff, owners, and management to implement successful sales processes.
  • Implement business strategies that align with group objectives, balancing profit and loss while maintaining relevant vehicle inventory.
  • Review financial statements accurately and share insights with upper management.
  • Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations impacting vehicle sales and the automotive industry.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent; prior experience in sales management is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a dealership or auto group.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry, including EV trends.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and proficiency in interpreting financial statements.
