Brand Management Professional Job Summary

This is a pivotal role within the marketing organization, focusing on driving commercialization strategies for assigned brands. As an Associate Manager, you will oversee the execution of short to midterm plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective commercialization plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Work with media agencies to drive implementation of media strategies effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer marketing teams to drive sales and market share performance.
  • Manage global projects, executing domestic and regional initiatives as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of brand management experience within the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to markets in the regions when necessary.
